IMPORTANT Ahna is getting desperate to get her old Chap license # as she is between jobs and she has applied to All Seasons Weddings and she needs it before she can move forward…..if I can help source it for her, please let me know
We need a monitor for the Neighbourhood sound system (Who do we talk to about that and would anyone like to take on this task?)
(Naomi mentioned the Long and McQuade garage summer sale as a cheap place to get sound equipt)
Naomi will pick up a few foam covers for the mic

We are invited to Uni Camp for a croning workshop weekend on July 6&7
Kendrew has offered his site and trailer for the weekend
Kurt and Naomi are going
There are 2 trainings coming up in Vancouver and Montreal Kendrew thinks
There is an April training in Kingston for planning memorials on April 26-28
The AGM is in Saskatoon this year in Sept…none of us are able to go
To claim your fee for the Midwinter Retreat either give the receipt to Kendrew or find a a claims form in the office
Our Chap budget was $1000 for this year but it might be down to $500 because our training expenses to pay for Naomi and Gillian were taken out of this year’s budget
Who is working on that?
Naomi will romance the funeral homes (How about one every 6 weeks?) so we can take a tour and either stay fresh in the minds of the homes we have a relationship with and become introduced to a couple of new ones
Usually I suggest an early morn appointment
Would that work for most folks?
Naomi is looking at Rosar / Morrison and Giffen and Mack first as their Unitarian type of clergy recently retired
Then she will ask Sherrin, Murray Newbigging and Trull
